yes, but with the wide and active participation of industries area, tantocchè our other professors in this department were only experienced workers from these industries coming.
Fate would have it, two of them, who succeeded in the years of my studies, came from the same industry and had the same name, so that distinguish them, their friends and colleagues added to the name Luisin ( Luigino ), their specialization, timber (carpenter, carpenter) and turnidur (turner). So the two
Luisin put us versed in the arts of plastics processing and not only to those officers, but even at different times, also tried to tell some little and big secrets: where to give, in short, the famous hit because a car, recalcitrant in spite of regular care, he would recover to run for well. where even the engineers surrendered , here you are jumping out of a worker with a secret knock.
But what a great mutual respect between the two great categories ......
A dear relative, Doctor of Chemistry (learned and truly in love with his subject) and the son of an industrialist who produced dyes for textiles, had saturated the entire
family with similar stories, where his science degree he went hand in hand with experience working ...
On the other hand our beloved two Luisin , is well realized, and they said that without the mathematical skills, knowledge and anything else Chemical Engineering of competence, they would not have been able to calculate and projects for the exact things to produce, for machines that produce them. So
graduate engineers and skilled workers, if they emerged, arm in arm since World War II and gave crucial support to what history would call the
"Italian economic miracle."
some literature, media, conflict sindacale e chissà quali altri fattori, mi sembra abbiano dato al grande pubblico dei non coinvolti direttamente in queste faccende, l'idea che esista una sorta di invidia di categoria , o per lo meno un po' di campanilismo , di rivalità e desiderio di rivalsa sociale ,tra i colletti bianchi e le tute blu......
Oh...come non era vero !
Come si camminava con la mano nella mano , quando la vera meta era davvero il progresso , e il progresso era mangiare di nuovo,vestirsi,scaldarsi,comprarsi la casa , far su un po' di soldi e vedere la Nazione che usciva dai guai e tornava alla prosperità.
Ma torniamo ai nostri due Luisin tra i quali correvano vent'anni di età.

per ciò io invoco la creazione di templi universitarii del sapere operaio e artigianale , così come esistono le università quali templi del sapere scientifico ed umanistico.
ben ricordando la nobiltà e la stima che operai ed ingegneri di un tempo ,non poi così distante,si riconoscevano reciprocamente.
E' follia correre il rischio che eventi quali oggi non sappiamo prevedere,annullino saperi conquistati in secoli di prove,idee,ricerche,anche ai livelli a torto considerati più modesti.
Vedo una sola notevole difficoltà.
Ed è la necessità ,oggi come in passato ben evidente , di conservare segrete ,formule,idee ,lavorazioni,capacità.
Un industriale mio amico vive producendo un colorante per applicazioni particolarissime ,che non necessita di solventi.Questa sua invenzione non è brevettabile poiché basterebbe una small change in the formula for a product officially and legally different, but in reality with the same characteristics.
The only solution is the secret.
